Jerald Harris Beats the Rain Again

Jerald Harris streaked to victory as the black clouds rolled towards the mountain speedway for his second win in a row Saturday. The weather was on the way, so the show was moved up to get the races in and they started with heats with Daren Bolac and Jerald Harris taking wins.

The feature was rushed to the track as the dark skies were coming with Bolac and Harris leading the field to green. Harris stayed a little high and swept around Bolac to take the top spot and Aaron Leach made his way to third. Laps fly by on the pavement as Harris stayed smooth as tire management is important and he kept it as straight as possible.

Bolac headed to the pits as Matt Mullins made his way to third with Robert Tyler making it to fourth. The caution free event helped Harris maintain his smooth pace. He was saving his tire as he had the field closing but they would run out of time as Jerald Harris topped the field and beat the rain to the waving checkered flag.

At the line it was Jerald Harris, Aaron Leach, Matt Mullins, Robert Tyler, Caleb Harris, Chris Ware, John Smith, Matthew Leach, Daren Bolac, Tony Harris, French Grimes and Skippy Johnson.
